Net als een buro is een goede
bureaustoel
heel belangrijk tijdens uw kantoorwerkzaamheden. Een stoel moet
ergonomisch
verantwoord zijn. Dat wil zeggen dat de stoel in te stellen moet zijn op de lichaamslengte en wensen van de gebruiker. Om allerlei soorten klachten te voorkomen is het van belang dat dit gebeurd. Vooral omdat een bureaustoel in veel gevallen langdurig gebruikt wordt. En dit kan zowel in de werkomgeving als thuis. Een goede bureaustoel is uiteraard in hoogte instelbaar. Daarnaast kunnen rugleuning en zitting in de aangepast worden naar de positie zoals die voor u persoonlijk wenselijk is. Ook is het van belang dat armleuning van de stoel in hoogte verstelbaar zijn. Er zijn ook bijzondere bureaustoelen verkrijgbaar die een beensteun hebben en geen rugleuning. Hierdoor wordt een positie rechtop bewerkstelligd.
Hoe moet een bureaustoel ingesteld worden?
Instellen zithoogte zitting:
De boven en onderbenen moeten een hoek van 90 graden maken met elkaar. De zitting ter hoogte van de knieschijf worden ingesteld. De voeten plat op de vloer kunnen worden geplaatst, zonodig gebruik van voetenbank.
Instellen zitdiepte:
Er moet een handdiepte tussen de voorkant van de zitting en de knieholte zitten.
Instelling hoogte stoelleuning van een bureaustoel:
De maximale bolling van de leuning moet aansluiten op de maximale holling van de rug.
Instelling armleuningen van een bureaustoel:
Als de onderarmen steunen, moeten de schouders ontspannen zijn (afhangen).
Verplaatsbaarheid stoel:
De stoel moet verrijdbaar zijn om bewegen te stimuleren en de optimale positie van de stoel ten opzichte van het bureau te kunnen bereiken.
